Simon has always been an entrepreneur at heart. While completing specialty training in endodontics, he also participated in the inaugural Credentials of Business Readiness program at Harvard Business School. As an endodontist turned leading commercial builder of dental and medical practices, turned multifamily developer, Simon brings extensive development and construction experience to the team. He began developing commercial real estate while still in business school, forming Beylin Builders. Beylin Builders is now recognized as the premier builder of dental, medical, and veterinary practices throughout New England. The success of Beylin Builders has led Simon to establish Beylin Development, a land development, residential development, and commercial ground-up development firm.

Simon’s goal with Beylin Development is to enable his colleagues to partner and invest in a life free of financial constraints through passive investments in multifamily and commercial real estate development. Through hard work and determination, Simon has steered Beylin Builders and Beylin Development through a combined total of over $180 million of development, redevelopment, and planned development, ranging from single family homes all the way through multifamily development with over 400 planned units. Simon prides himself on being extremely conservative in all aspects of underwriting and due diligence ensuring optimal results and preservation of investor’s capital.

Through his ventures, Simon has been able to support many non-profit organizations providing much needed medical and dental care to those in need. Of note in Simon’s efforts to give back to the communities that he serves, he and his wife donated a dental clinic and radiology suite to the MSPCA in Methuen, MA. Furthermore, Simon and his wife are members of the Flying Samaritans and have traveled to several countries providing dental and medical care to those in need.

Peter Anania has a varied entrepreneurial background that includes private equity, real estate investing and asset management. He is the founder and principal of Anania Bailey, a branding and advertising focused on working with the architect, engineering and construction industry (A/E/C). He also currently holds and manages a real estate portfolio in Southern Maine, a fast growing area that is highly attractive to prospective residents and investors alike. 

At Beylin Development, Peter uses his knowledge of the southern Maine and New Hampshire real estate markets to strategically find projects that make sense for the Beylin Development team. He also assists Simon with underwriting projects and moving them through the predevelopment process. 

Robert Pasquale is a key member of the Beylin Development team, serving as construction manager. His career spans over thirty years in the multifamily construction industry, encompassing new construction and renovations. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to drive projects to efficient completion, Robert plays an integral role in Beylin Development’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality construction and development projects.

Greg is a serial entrepreneur, real estate developer, coach and mentor. He has bought, developed and sold over $250 million in real estate, built and renovated hundreds of custom homes and commercial buildings, developed residential and mixed use subdivisions and started 12 different companies from the ground up. 

Greg currently coaches and mentors some of the top entrepreneurs, real estate investors and real estate developers around the world helping them start, grow and scale their business, raise more capital and do bigger deals. Greg’s current clients have over $2 billion in AUM and deals in process.

He is also an expert on the topics of entrepreneurship, leadership and real estate and is regularly interviewed on some of the top real estate investing and business podcasts today.

Greg served in the United States Navy right out of high school and has always been a leader in the community as well as supporting, advising and serving on the boards of several churches, ministries and non-profit organizations.

Karl Dubay provides Beylin Development with high quality civil engineering, surveying and land planning services, including a wide range of retail, residential and commercial projects. Attractive designs in a dynamic and positive process are the hallmark of Karl and the Dubay Group.
