We’re excited to announce the completion of our latest project, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 4-bath beach house named “Scuttlebutt,” located in the desirable Ocean Park neighborhood of Old Orchard Beach. At Beylin Development, we are committed to delivering high-quality properties, and this project exemplifies our dedication.
We transformed a fire-damaged cottage into a beautiful vacation home and rental, designed to be a standout short and mid-term rental. Although this project differs from our typical ventures, its potential for a strong return on investment, combined with our expertise in managing short-term rentals through our in-house property management company, Mighty Oak, made it an opportunity we couldn’t resist. This off-market gem was discovered by our team, showcasing our keen ability to identify valuable opportunities.
The project was completed in under six months, adhering to an aggressive timeline that underscores our commitment to efficiency and excellence. We extend our sincere thanks to the Old Orchard Beach code enforcement, town offices, and the Ocean Park Association for their invaluable cooperation and support throughout the process.
In keeping with Ocean Park tradition, the Anania family, including young children Enzo, Isla, and Vera, chose the name “Scuttlebutt” for the beach house. The exterior and interior design was expertly crafted by Alyson Anania, wife of partner Peter Anania, who provides design guidance to our team.
Scuttlebutt now stands as a testament to our flexibility and dedication, ready to serve as a perfect rental and vacation home for the Anania family and future guests.
