Beylin Development is thrilled to announce our upcoming project at 103 Temple Street, Nashua, NH, where we are under contract to develop Buildings B and C. These buildings are integral parts of a larger 368-unit apartment complex, with Building A being developed by another party. Our contribution, Buildings B and C, will collectively house 162 units. The architectural plans, crafted by Market Square Architects, are nearing completion, and engineering efforts have been finalized by Hayner Swanson, JSN Associates, and RW Sullivan Engineering. With all necessary approvals from the City of Nashua in place, demolition of existing structures on the site is set to precede the start of construction in late 2024.
Simon Beylin, President of Beylin Development, recognizes Nashua as a key area of focus due to its proximity to Boston, the capabilities of our in-house construction firm, Beylin Builders, and the strong local demand for new housing. The development of Buildings B and C is crucial for us as we play a pivotal role in the overall vision for this expansive complex.
